YOUR REGULAR REMINDER
Simple is better.
What years of turnarounds taught me about plans, and the three things every business should write down this week.

When I was working on turnarounds there was a single key we focused on. Didn’t matter the business, the problems, or the strategy.
Execution is essential.
Simple gets done.
The most effective game changing plans… were simple.
Very simple.
The execution was hard, the follow through was messy and complicated. But the plan was simple.
Today’s newsletter is simple.
You’ll remember simple. You just might actually do the simple thing.

Here are your simple tasks:
Write the one thing you’re all in on for growth.
Write one thing that will improve your product.
Write one thing that will improve infrastructure.
Not two things. Not eight.
Get those done then refresh the list.
Over and over and over. We look at our client roster to see who is at the top of the list and see what we can learn. Then we look at the bottom of the list and do the same.
It feels silly how often it is as basic as: this company is locked in on 3 things… and this one is attempting 30, this WEEK.
Go simple.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
Simple gets done, done gets results.
Hit reply and send me your three. Growth, product, infrastructure. One line each. I read every one, and saying it out loud is half the follow through.
